Painting and drawing horses has been my passion for 35 years. I hope you enjoy your tour through the following pages. I primarily work with oils on canvas, but in the future, you may find new mediums such as graphite, pastels, and perhaps a watercolor or two! As an artist, I am always a "work in progress" and I am frequently adding new work to my site as I complete them. Often I will post some art in progress so you may watch a piece evolve from start to finish.

" THE REVERIE "

I began my artistic journey when I was four, drawing horses like all kids do, but I drew them day and night! I attended Stephen's College in Columbia, MO. and attained my Bachelor's in Studio Art, graduating in 1979. I currently live in Iowa with my husband, daughters, and a gallery of animals from horses, to chickens, and our "pet" raccoon, Marshmallow!
